The narcissistic bit.
My name is Andrew Swift and I am a motor racing enthusiast. I have been attending race meetings since infancy and the draw of the sport I love only grows stronger with age. Today I attend events across the world in a bid to capture every great motor racing spectacle within my lifetime. It’s an ambitious plan, but that is the crucial part of its appeal.
Motorcardiaries is a braindump and general repository for all those words and photos with no other home. There are photo galleries and reports of races, car meets, museums visits, road tests, road trips and a spotted page for those unusual supercars seen kicking around the race paddocks of the world.
I have been writing about cars on and off virtually since I could first scribe an arc across a page. Today I produce copy for a small number of publications in the UK and internationally as a freelance writer. I like to provide honest, relevant and independent journalism. I am always keen to work with new clients so if you require any written automotive output, please get in touch. I’ll consider just about anything which entails moving vehicles.
Thank you for taking the time to pass through.
